Arctic Trucks was established in Iceland in 1990 and specialises in the
modification and conversion of four-wheel drive vehicles for extreme
conditions.
Over the years, Arctic Trucks have built an unparalleled level of
expertise in re-engineering vehicles to deliver handling, safety and
reliability improvements both on and off road.
Our cars have driven to both poles. We visited the magnetic North Pole
with BBC Top Gear, and in the Antarctic a fleet of four and six wheeldrive vehicles are used by scientists to support their work, all under
the most extreme conditions our planet has to offer. Arctic Trucks
vehicles also set the record for the fastest journey to the South Pole in
2010.
In other words, we’ve tamed environments our competitors simply do
not account for.

The Isuzu D-Max AT35 is fitted with 35“ tyres on 17x10 wheels.
We have raised the body by 30mm and the suspension by
20mm. This provides higher ground clearance, better traction, a
softer ride and higher all round visibility.
The extended wheel flares are not only designed for housing
the 35” tyres they give the Isuzu D-Max AT35 a powerful look
making it stand out from the crowd.

The Isuzu D-Max Arctic Trucks AT35 makes every journey a
pleasure, whether in town or in country.
The Isuzu 2.5 litre twin-turbo common-rail diesel engine
produces 163 PS maximum power and delivers
400 Nm of torque between 1,400 and 2,000 rpm.

A turn of a dial mounted behind the gearstick engages
four-wheel drive. Another turn selects low gears and lets you
automatically crawl up and over whatever is in front of you.
The re-engineered suspension cushions the ride without
depriving you of that essential ‘feel’ for whatever you are
driving over and hill descent is controlled by automatic
engine braking.
That and it’s 3.5 tonne towing capacity makes the Isuzu
D-Max Arctic Trucks AT35 the perfect work-mate.

VEHICLE SPECIFICATIONS
The Isuzu D-Max Arctic Trucks AT35 builds on the superb handling and mobility offered by the standard
D-Max model upon which it is based. The 35” tyres are accommodated within the bodywork of the vehicle
with a minimal lifting of the body to maintain and improve vehicle stability. The increased offset wheels
are accompanied by a front and rear fender package which gives the Isuzu D-Max Arctic Trucks AT35 an
improved road presence that is noticed everywhere. The larger tyre mobility concept pioneered by Arctic
Trucks improves the ride, handling and mobility of the Isuzu D-Max Arctic Trucks AT35 on country lanes,
compacted or muddy tracks as well as sand and snow. The D-Max AT35 is also an accomplished road car
with impeccable ride and handling.
