Our comprehensive range of hygienically
designed trays and baskets forms an

handle, easy to clean, and perfectly adapted
to the demands of modern hospitals. Like
most of our accessories, they are designed
for flexibility. This means that our trays and
baskets fit many different sterilizers, washerdisinfectors, trolleys etc.
These instrument trays are suitable for instrument sets and smaller parts. The hold-down
and hinged lids can be locked onto the trays to assure that instruments and smaller parts
remain inside the instrument tray. The hinged lid can also be placed upside-down and
can then create layers inside the instrument tray. Mesh size: 6.5 mm.

SPRAY GUN RINSER
The powerful, multi-purpose Selecta spray gun rinser is an extremely useful
instrument rinser wherever effective rinsing is a must. For use with water or
compressed air. All tips are easily locked to the spray gun by a safety cone. The
gun grip is heat insulated. The water/air pressure is released, regulated and fully
controlled by the spray-gun trigger. Delivered with a set of eight nozzles and a
wall-mounted rack for storage of nozzles within easy reach.

of stainless steel for long life under
severe conditions.
10 | CLEANING AREA
All wash carts are designed with manifold side ports that connect to the output from the circulation pump and drying
system. The side mounted connection provides open shelves with unobstructed space for loading. Pressurized
cleaning solutions, pressurized rinsing solutions and heated drying air is delivered through to the rotary spray arms
in between each shelf for effective cleaning and drying in each level. A top and bottom rotary spray arm inside the
chamber provides complete coverage. The spray arms have removable end caps for easy cleaning. Each wash cart
is mounted on wheels for easy, ergonomic movement during loading, unloading and transfer.
Shelves and spray arms are removable without the use of tools to accommodate trays of varying
heights to maximize the load amount. Integrated lumen connector ports make it possible to process
mixed sets with minimal cannulated instruments in the standard wash cart.
Most wash carts also feature integrated spray arm docking plates that eliminate the need of an
additional cover plate to maintain good circulation pressure when the spray arm is removed.
The flexibility of the system means that fewer carts are required, which saves money and space in the facility. The
ability to combine different types of instruments makes it easier to keep instrument sets together and maximizes the
efficiency of the washer-disinfector.
Getinge basic wash carts are available as upper and lower versions and operate independent of each other for easy loading
and unloading.
UPPER BASIC CART
Single-door
The upper basic cart is meant for shorter items such as small bowls or instrument
trays. Its independent movement from the lower cart and ability to extend from
the washer-disinfector make it easy to load. Requires guide rails and an additional
spray arm.

“SMART” TROLLEYS FOR WASHER-DISINFECTORS
The Getinge “SMART” Trolleys allow for the ergonomic loading/unloading of wash
carts in the Getinge 8666/8668/88 Turbo/CM320 washer disinfectors. The curved
handles and specially designed casters allow for easy maneuverability. The trolleys
were designed to be easy to clean either in a large chamber washer-disinfector from
Getinge (9027 or 9100-series) or by using manual method.

500 SERIES “SMART” FIXED HEIGHT TRANSFER TROLLEY AND LOAD CAR
The Fixed Height Trolley is designed for ergonomic handling of loads between the
packing area and each sterilizer, or between the sterilizer and sterile storage. The
trolley is fabricated of tubular stainless steel with four twin-wheel swivel casters,
4.9 in (125 mm) in diameter. The two rear casters feature brake locks and the two
front casters feature directional (anti-swivel) locks. Press down to activate and
push up to release locks.
The Load Car has four durable brass casters. The frame is constructed of 304
stainless steel material. The two shelves are formed from 304 stainless steel
material and two stainless steel rods support each adjustable shelf.

600 SERIES LOAD CAR
The 600 series load car is constructed with a stainless steel frame and includes a
bottom shelf platform for stability. Vertical corner members have intervals of holes
for inserting shelf support rods to adjust the shelf spacing. Additional rods can be
inserted to serve as load back-stops. Each basic load car includes one fixed shelf
and two adjustable shelves with support rods. The load car has a maximum load
capacity of 440 lbs (200 Kg) with each shelf having a capacity of 275 lbs (125 Kg).
The 440 lbs should be distributed evenly over the total number of shelves installed
on the load car.

positions. Turn the latch handle full to the left to dock with the sterilizer and allow
the Load Car to be inserted into the sterilizer chamber; or to unload the Load Car
from the chamber. Turn the handle full to the right to undock the trolley from the
sterilizer. This action also locks the Load Car in place on the trolley table.

The 700 series load car frame is constructed of tubular stainless steel. The load car
is supplied with a fixed bottom shelf, for use as a flat bed, plus (2) adjustable SST
shelves. Each adjustable shelf has a pair of side rails and easily accommodates
various shapes and sizes and eight adjustable shelving elevations are provided to
meet various item heights. The side rails are full length and easily adjusted to hold
processed items within the frame of the load car.

The transfer carriage is designed to be universal and compatible with previous
Castle sterilizers of similar size. The transfer carriage is fabricated of formed
stainless steel sections and rectangular stainless steel tubing, with high impact
phenolic threaded casters. The height is adjustable via the threaded casters. The
front casters are fixed, while the rear casters are swivel ball bearing, one with a
brake. Nylon bumpers extend from the latching mechanism for protection. A
self-centering latch provides alignment, and securely locks the carriage to the
sterilizer for an easy and safe transfer of the load. A locking mechanism holds the
load car securely on the transfer carriage. Two separate release mechanisms are
provided to: a) disengage the load car from the transfer carriage; and b) disengage
the transfer carriage from the sterilizer. Both release mechanisms can be either
hand or knee operated.

The 4003 floor loading sterilizer cart is an all-purpose cart designed for processing,
transportation and storage. The cart is constructed to resist the corrosive action of
