Evergreen Ornament
DESIGNED BY DENA LENHAM USING KREINIK SILK AND METALLIC THREADS
Materials needed:
• Kreinik Silk Mori® 4037, 4034 (one 2.5m skein of each)
• Kreinik Very Fine #4 Braid 003 Red and 100 White
• #28 Tapestry Needle
• Tokens & Trifles Sewing Card Collection Kugel 2006 perforated paper ornament (note: this item is available
in limited quantities, so order yours before they run out)
Instructions:
1. Cross stitch this design centered
on your Kugel perforated paper.
Use one strand of Silk Mori or one
strand of Very Fine Braid following
the color key.
2. When stitching is complete, use
white Very Fine #4 Braid to sew
the backer card to the stitched card.
If desired, lightly stuff ornament
with scraps of tissue or stuffing as
you stitch the two sides closed.
3. Use scraps of threads to tie a
bow at the top.

Backstitch (black lines on chart)
with one strand Mori 4037.
