• INSTALLATION
Mounting points are provided on the fixed chassis of
the sliding step and on the fixed frame of the fixed
step. No specific body mounting kits are available.
The sliding step frame may need to be modified or
redesigned to suit some chassis rails. Always
discuss these matters with AVS before proceeding
to make any modifications.

• DESCRIPTION
• TYPICAL USES
A scissor action or parallelogram action step operated by an
electric high torque motor. Construction of steps is all aluminium with steel and oilite bushes. Top mounting frame is
either fixed or sliding offer a range of steps from 2 to 4.
The top frame can be mounted to suit the construction of
the vehicle. The step deploys when the control box is activated usually via a door pin switch. An emergency release
allows for full manual operation as required.

> Horse boxes, recovery vehicles, mobile surgeries.

Electric Steps
T Series Steps - Details
Designed to be fitted to high floor or platform
vehicles such as Winnebago chassis, ambulance
platforms, delivery vehicles, recovery vehicles and
display vehicles.
The number of step platforms can be 2, 3 or 4. The T4
step incorporates a sliding top chassis with step and
under which is slung 3 more treads. The T3 is a scissor
action step beneath a fixed top section. A sliding version
of the T3 is also possible with a sliding top platform and 2
under slung step platforms. The T2 is simply a 2 tread
scissor action step.
