 www.sixtomidnightrocks.com Six to Midnight, one of Minnesota’s hottest cover bands is comprised of members of the original twin cities hard rock act MatchPoint. Jordan LaBorg, guitarist and songwriter says: “Aside from all the great things that come from writing and playing great original music, we all like to go out, have fun, and entertain. Few things bring the excitement as being on stage and performing that one song; you know the one you hear on the radio all the time by that one band you can never remember the name of. It’s great to get out to the clubs and play everyone’s favorite hits.” Six to Midnight was started originally as a side project that quickly became much more. The guys all agreed how much they loved entertaining people and wanted to start a new project that helped them reach new and exciting opportunities. Before Six to Midnight could be started, the concept had to be laid out. Starting a band without a sense of direction would be destined for failure. The concept was to provide a set list with range from the lightest dance songs to the heaviest hard rock hits. By providing an extensive list, Six to Midnight would be able to entertain the diverse crowds the band would encounter. To do this well, the list needed to be diverse and adjusted per the venue or event. With over 100 great diverse covers, Six to Midnight was destined to succeed. To date, there has been nothing but positive feedback providing Six to Midnight with a bright future. The guys in Six to Midnight have been playing music together for over 6 years. There are few bands out there that can match the talent and experience found in Six to Midnight. Six to Midnight plays a variety of venues including weddings, entertainment centers, bars, clubs, and outdoor events.
