NEWS & VIEWS
New for Lent-11!!! Marriage MoT Report RICK RULES!
Lent is a funny old time, where Here’s a report, written by
a lot of people like to give up
doing something!
My thoughts are, Why give up
chocolate when you can do
something positive! So during
the season of Lent, each Sunday, the sermon will be on a
particular spiritual challenge,
which involves focussing on
becoming more like Jesus. The
services will also contain a series of physical and mental
Krypton Factor/ The Cube challenges (not compulsory!!!)

“We were greeted
by a glass of Bucks
Fizz and a lovely
meal. During the
meal we were
given a check list of things to talk
about and rate how we were doing
from 1-5 in areas of our lives such
as: children, finances, romance,
hopes and dreams, friends, time
alone etc. We were encouraged to
think about anything we would like
to do about these areas.
We had a couple of short talks one
from a couple (Paul & Tina) who
had been together for 25 years,
talking about some early memories

we also had a chance to listen to

BECOMING A CHRISTIAN
God doesn’t just want us to know
about Him, he desires to have a
personal relationship with us. Jesus is only ever ONE PRAYER
AWAY… try saying one like this...
“Lord Jesus, thank you that you
died on the cross to pay the price
for all my sin. Please come and fill
my life today. AMEN”
