We introduce you our tourist offer
SICAB TOUR 2015, designed by Caballos de
España, offering the participants the most
comprehensive travel offer dedicated exclusively to Purebred Spanish horses.
On this tour we offer various activities
related to the world of horses, as a visit to
SICAB (the most important horse show in
the world), the Royal School of Jerez and
La Cartuja Stud; as much as various dining
and entertainment activities both in Andalusia and Catalonia.
SICAB
INTERNATIONAL
HORSE FAIR
It is the most important trade fair for the
world of horses, dedicated exclusively
to Purebred Spanish horses. Since 1991
it is held annually in the Exhibition and
Conference Palace in Sevilla.
Also in this show is held the final of the
Championship of Spain Horses and mares PRE, and a as a new feature this year
2015 is the 1st World Championship of
Spanish Horses and Purebred
Spanish mares
- event organized by ANCCE.
During the entire tour you will be assisted

ROYAL SCHOOL OF JEREZ
The Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art Foundation is a Spanish institution of Dressage
located in Jerez de la Frontera, Cadiz, Andalusia. Its objectives include maintaining various
forms of traditional Andalusian dressage and the andalusian horse. The school facilities are
formed by two museums and different places where the school displays and competitions
are held.

In the Royal College is also held the exhibition “How the Andalusian Horses Dance”, which is
an equestrian ballet to the rhythm of Spanish music and costumes from the 18th Century.
LA CARTUJA STUD
Placed in Jerez de La Frontera, this stud farm
was founded in the late fifteenth century by
Carthusian monks, and it holds the world’s largest reserve of horses of the Carthusian
lineage. Its aim is to preserve the gene that
holds and contributes to the improvement of
the Spanish purebred horse and the Carthusian in particular.
On Saturday it opens its doors to hundreds of
visitors that can enjoy the direct contact with
these beautiful horses as well as a horse show
that takes place in the riding hall and the
Courtyard.

DISCOVER BARCELONA
On Saturday you can take a walk in Barcelona’s Shopping Line going through Plaza de
Cataluña, Paseo de Gracia and up Diagonal
Avenue which represents the tourist trade
hub per excellence.
In this route are located the stores of the
most recognized and important high quality and luxury international brands; such
as Versace, Giorgio Armani, Gucci, Hermes,
Burberry, Bally, Cartier, Calvin Klein, among
others.
In addition, during this circuit, you can also
visit important museums such as Fundació
Cataluña La Pedrera and Fundació Suñol
which many works from Pablo Picasso are
exhibited, as well as great architectural
and artistic works of Master Antonio Gaudi.
Many others design references of the city
of Barcelona and the barcelonian modernism also can be seen.

During the tour we will be staying at fabulous hotels: in Barcelona will be in the
centre of town, located only five minutes
from Paseo de Gracia; and in Sevilla in the
city’s old town where the constructions
have a very important historic value, as
they are perfect to enjoy of a typical Andalusian experience.
TRIP PLANNING
The SICAB Tour 2015 lasts for 6 days. The participant’s reception will be on Tuesday November 17th and the trip ends on Sunday 22nd.
The program day by day will be as follows:
TUESDAY 17 TH
Arrival to Barcelona and accommodation at the hotel. Trip to a
horse-breeding farm. Conference on the Spanish tradition and
horse breeding and dinner at the farm.
WEDNESDAY 18 TH
We leave in the morning from Barcelona to Sevilla. Arrival in Sevilla and accommodation at the hotel. Visit to the Horse Show
SICAB 2015 and dinner in downtown.
THURSDAY 19 TH
FRIDAY 20 TH
Leaving Sevilla towards Jerez de la Frontera and visit to the
Royal School of Equestrian Art. Lunch time and visit to La Yeguada Stud in the afternoon.
We will return to the hotel for a little rest and then we will go
out for dinner at the flamenco show “El Palacio Andaluz”. After
that, the return to the hotel will be in horse carriage.
Visit to SICAB fair in the morning, and return to the hotel for
lunch. We will be heading to Barcelona in the afternoon.
Accommodation at the hotel and dinner at a restaurant in the
city.
SATURDAY 21 ST
Free day on your own to visit Barcelona; shopping at the most
exclusive stores in Paseo de Gracia and La Roca Village and cultural tour or visits. Dinner at a restaurant in the city.
SUNDAY 22 ND
Return to the country of origin. Transfer from the hotel to the
airport by minibus.
