An invaluable feature within CoStar Suite is creating email alerts designed to save you time and keep track of the market. Once you’ve set
your criteria, no further action is required.
Hear about the latest available space, transactions, and investments as
they arrive. Set up yours today.

In this example we will create an alert
for Office space between 1000-2500
sqft in a London submarket.
Step 1
On the results table,
click Save Survey.

The Alert wizard will appear.
Click on ‘Save Criteria and Results’ if you would
like to save the existing result.
Step 3
Name the survey by clicking on ‘new requirement’.

Type in survey name and check the
‘Alert Notifications’ box.
Then click ‘save survey’.
