Step 1: Type the property address in this space. Select the
subject property from the drop-down menu that appears.
Step 2: Next, choose to use default comps selected by CoStar
or opt to use a custom comp set that you have previously
created as a saved survey.* Choose that survey from the
drop-down menu.

age, quality, rents, and more.
When ready, click View Results.

screen, click the
Print Reports link.
Check the box
next to
Rent Survey
Report
then
hit next >

Step 1:
From the list of report components,
choose to move them up or down, or
remove select pages altogether.
Step 2: Next, choose to use default
comps selected by CoStar or opt to use a
custom comp set that you have previously
created as a saved survey.* Choose that
survey from the drop-down menu.
Include any other options such as adding
a date, legal disclaimer, and more. Then
click Generate Report.
