John Barksdale joined CBRE in 2002 working in San Diego, California’s North County office and industrial markets. There he specialized in representing

Rachel Lee heads the asset management departments at Karlin Real Estate, for both the RE Lending and Equity Investment groups. The Equity Investment
portfolio has invested over $500MM across 35 opportunistic projects since 2008, and the RE Lending portfolio currently consists of 23 loans of over
$160MM. Ms. Lee is primarily responsible for business plan execution and performance of the overall portfolio, while leading a team of asset managers.
She is also responsible for the structuring and oversight of all operations of the investments and loans, including but not limited to property and project
management, leasing, construction, risk management, servicing, and reporting requirements for commercial, retail, multifamily, and industrial. Ms. Lee
