Descriptions
With increased demand for fairness and transparency in the
process of business execution, we declared our commitment

Quality Management System
To create future value for customers, we operate an
enterprise-wide quality management system that
covers all stages of project execution. We conduct
regular and systematic quality education for
each project tier and phase and apply the Project
Quality Rating System to quantitatively measure
the quality level of every project. Furthermore, with
our regular quality audits, quality trend analysis,
and management review based on the findings, we
are dedicated to delivering optimal quality service
to our customers.
Quality Management in Engineering
Quality Management in Construction
We developed the online project portal "ProjectSpace" to ensure standardization and
transparency in our engineering works. This tool allows the real-time monitoring of
project engineering, helping us efficiently manage communication between our business
divisions, teams, and project partners. In addition, the portal provides optimum design
quality through its 3D Modeling Review function and peer review and verification by
expert groups.
At the earliest stage of project execution, we set up a site quality management
system. This system comprises a complete overview of quality assurance, quality risk
management, strict personnel training, and quality inspections, allowing us to achieve
zero defects. In addition, we have introduced advanced IT tools, including construction
and quality management systems (HCQM and AQMS) and a pipe welding management
system (WIT) to effectively control construction quality.
Quality Management in Procurement
Nuclear Power Quality Assurance
With our integrated materials and procurement system, MAPS, we have built a quality
information database, actively shared quality information with relevant teams, and
improved the effectiveness of our quality inspection. We have also introduced advanced
inspection techniques and a rigorous special management system to better control
low-quality equipment and materials, ensuring the soundness of the equipment and
materials used in our projects.
We have established the Nuclear Power Quality Assurance System that satisfies the
standards of the Korea Electric Power Industry Code (KEPIC) and all nuclear powerrelated laws and regulations. This system is used in our nuclear power plant engineering
works that span geological surveys to the engineering, inspection, construction, and
maintenance of nuclear power plants and related facilities. With this integrated quality
assurance approach, we deliver both safety and reliability to our customers.
