Celebrate Your Sexy Spirit – or find out why you don’t! with Sage Wheeler (Class 1, 2, 3, 4)
For some women sex is a source of deep and joyous energy--for others, not so much. Each one of us is
unique in how we experience and express ourselves sexually. Come to this workshop to discover your own
Sexy Spirit and/or uncover some of the reasons why it may be important not to let it shine. We'll create a
safe circle of trust that invites each of us to explore our sexual attitudes from the perspectives of our bodies,
our minds, our hearts, and our spirits. We'll engage in activities and dialogues that offer information and
insights about the messages we received from our families, our teachers, and our culture--and how they
affect our lives now. We'll have fun, tap into our amazing resilience, and find ways we can move forward with
understanding and respect. Please bring 2 objects to the circle: one that represents support that you want to
keep for your sexy spirit and one that represents a challenge to your sexy spirit that you want to let go of.
We'll work with these objects in our group, and you will take them home with you.

Stress Release Yoga with Madison Mckelligan (Class 3)
Yoga can help reduce stress because it promotes relaxation, which is the natural opposite of stress. Yoga can
benefit three aspects of ourselves that are often affected by stress: our body, mind, and breathing.
You don't have to wait to feel stressed out to do yoga, and you shouldn't! People who do a little bit of yoga
each day often find they're better able to handle things when life gets a little crazy.
Reconnecting with your Body through Mindfulness & Yoga with Akira Stuckey (Class 4)
Do you often feel stressed out about what happened in the past? Do you often worry about the future? Do
you feel like your mind wonders? Many research studies show that practicing mindfulness has so many
benefits to our emotional, mental, and physical wellness. It can lower stress, decrease anxiety, increases
compassion towards others, increase self-compassion, helps us connect with our true self, increase
concentration, improve mood, and improve sleep quality, to name a few.
In this workshop, Akira will help you increase mindfulness through by using yoga forms, paying attention to
internal sensations (interoception), and promoting a friendly relationship with your body.
Finding Wholeness through Yoga with Anjili Russell (Class 5)
Sangha (Community) Talk
Nia Dance with Kelly Gorsuch (Class 6)
Nia is a soulful dance movement form that conditions the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. With a

choreography draws from a blend of dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts.
All Levels Vinyasa with Tracy Bartella (Class 7)
Vinyasa combines mindfulness of breathing with poses that strengthen, tone, and balance. The class focus is
to connect the body and mind in the present.
Gentle Yoga with Amy Trippodi (Class 8)
Gentle Yoga is a class focused on energizing while healing the body. The poses are simple and incorporate
aids such as blankets, blocks, and straps for safer practice, and to allow you to fully achieve each position
comfortably. This class is held at a slower pace and emphasizes stretching all areas of the body, releasing
stress and tension from joints and muscles, building strength and increasing balance.
