We currently have some Pemberton mobile holiday homes for sale, with double glazing and
central heating throughout, along with a Cosalt Riverdale positioned right at the front of the Park
with unobstructed sea view of the Breakwater and Cornish Coast. Prices start from £14,495.
Bovisand Lodge Estate is a small select 4 star holiday park on the South Devon coast
within the Parish of Wembury.
Our beachside location in Devon is unique - an unspoilt wooded valley running down from the
hills of Staddon Heights and opening onto a safe sandy beach, with stunning coastal views.
The holiday park has been run by the same family for over 50 years. We do not offer a
clubhouse or organised entertainment. We aim to have a quiet, happy environment where
owners can escape to enjoy some quality time in a peaceful natural environment.
Although located in the rural countryside, Bovisand is only 7 miles from Plymouth City Centre,
where you can experience the historic Barbican and have coffee on the quaysides; enjoy stage
performances at the Theatre Royal and Pavillions; or indulge in some retail therapy at the new
Drake circus shopping Mall.

The following is some general information on purchasing and owning a mobile holiday home on our Park here at Bovisand.
Park fees for 2011 are £1610.00 + VAT for new purchasers. These are subject to yearly review.
Rates and Insurance are payable by the end of May. 2010 Rates, including water = £349 Insurance £250 = £17000 cover, and
increments to the value of the caravan.
Privately owned caravans have their own fenced garden. Each unit has its own electric Meter, read at the beginning of September and
Billed shortly after that at currently 11p per unit used.
The Swimming Pool Fees are free the first year & then currently are £315 for up to 6 named people with other options depending on
your use.
The mobile holiday home can be slept in from the 1st February until 31st October, and can be visited daily during the closed period.

We do now operate a maximum time limit on caravans of 15 years, with a possible yearly extension up to 20 years.
We do not allow subletting and have a no dog policy for new residents.
