MISSION STATEMENT
The University of Tennessee at Martin intercollegiate
athletics program enhances the total collegiate experience
UT
Martin from various stakeholders by developing competitive
teams, academically successful student-athletes, and staff
and student-athletes who are involved in the campus and
external community.
These goals are pursued while stressing the physical,
emotional and social well being of student-athletes. All
coaches and staff are expected to comply with NCAA and
NIRA regulations and principles, especially those related
to sportsmanship and ethical conduct. Opportunities for
women and minorities are expanded whenever possible.

any questions or require special arrangements, please feel free to contact one of us at the phone

The following is a list of arrangements for you during the game. If you require anything
other than what is listed or if you will not be traveling with an athletic trainer, please
contact us so we can make arrangements prior to your arrival on campus.

Film & Video Positions
• Camera positions are available for game filming near the press box level.
Inclement Weather & Interrupted Game Procedures
• UT Martin event management will communicate directly with the Head Coach or
designated representative from the visiting team to provide updates and information
regarding any weather-related situations. UT Martin will adhere to NCAA and OVC
policies and procedures regarding any weather-related and/or game procedures.
Visiting Locker Rooms
• Visiting team locker room is located on the northwest end of the grandstands.
Equipment
• The sideline area will be equipped with sufficient bench seating. All sideline equipment
needs to be positioned within the team restricted area. Any special or unique sideline
equipment must be approved by Director of Operations, Chris Bell.
• Call Chris Bell for more information about equipment truck unloading.
• Laundry services ARE NOT offered.

Will Call
• The visiting team “Will Call” is located at the
Southwest corner of Hardy M. Graham
Stadium. If you have any questions, please
call Fran Spears, at our Ticket Office at
(731) 881-7207.
Tickets
• General admission tickets are sold at the
Ticket Office or at the Southwest entrance
to Hardy M. Graham Stadium.
Bus Parking
• Team buses will be parked adjacent to the
West side of the stadium where they will
unload and park in the gravel parking lot
adjacent to the general parking area near
the West Tennessee Agriculture Pavilion.
• UT Martin does not provide police escort.

Entrances
• Visiting team players, coaches and spirit squad will enter and exit the stadium
through the northwest end of the stadium.
Team Benches
• UT Martin will use the west sideline, while the visiting team will use the east
sideline and warm-up North of the 50-yard line.
• Spirit Squads will perform along the east sideline or grandstand porch.
Coaches Box
• The coaches box is located above the press box located on the west side of the field.

Visiting Team Bus Parking
• Bus accommodations/parking will be located on Pat Head Summit Drive located
directly in front of the Elam Center.
Practice Times
• Practice times will vary due to events within Elam Center and in coordination with
men’s and women’s basketball teams using the arena. The early notification of your
travel schedule will improve the chances we will have in accommodating your practice
and shoot-around wishes.
• Upon your arrival to your practice session, a student manager will meet you and will be
available to fulfill your needs throughout your time within the facility. We will provide balls,
towels, game clocks, and water for your practice.
Locker Rooms
• The locker rooms are located in the base floor of the Skyhawk Fieldhouse adjoining
the Elam Center. You will be provided the door code or key upon arrival to
ensure security of team/personal belongings.
Locker Room Amenities
• Towels, marker board, markers, soap, drinking water and ice chest will be provided.
Team Benches
• Towels, first-aid kit, water, ice, towels, and cups will also be available on your bench.

• To purchase tickets to any UTM Basketball game, please call Jenny Canary at the
Athletic Ticket Office at 731-881-7207.
Visitors and Player Pass List
• Tickets for players’ and coaches’ families and other guests should be picked up at the Player
Pass table which is located just inside the doors of the Elam Center.

in the Elam Center.

scheduled game time.
Team Benches
• Visiting Team will occupy the northeast bench. First-aid kit, water, ice, and cups
will be available on your bench.
