Jacob is a Partner at Detroit Venture Partners, an earlystage capital firm. Jacob has significant entrepreneurial
experience, most notably as co-founder and CEO
of Ugrub.com (formerly eatblue.com), a web-based
advertising company focused on college markets, which
sold to an industry competitor in 2006. He also spent
two years as a strategy and operations consultant at
Deloitte Consulting LLP.

Williams. He also gained experience as senior program
developer at Focus: HOPE in Detroit.
