SHRM Forum Pakistan will be organizing “HR Competency Day” 4 times a year at Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad
during 2016-2017. Business leaders, HR Heads and subject matter experts will be invited to share blend of
global and local best practices in each of below mentioned competency areas.

been developed which includes 8 Business Behavioral Competencies and 14 HR
Technical Competencies. The model has already been validated and acclaimed by HR
