I hope you enjoy the 2015 Christmas & New Year programme we have prepared for you. Whether you
are celebrating with family, a loved one, friends, or arranging the office party we have just the event for
you. From our Christmas party nights, to our 3 day residential package - packed with a full programme of
entertainment. Our Christmas booking office are on hand to take the worry and stress out of organising
your particular event. Why not give them a call on 01572 757 901 where they will offer advice and details on
all our events. Once you have reserved your event we will forward confirmation, and payment details. For
terms and conditions please refer to the back of this brochure. We are able to offer exclusivity for your event
subject to availability and dependant on final numbers. The dates shown are our most popular, however,

Includes the following:
Christmas Eve... Check in at your leisure from 2pm, and enjoy a relaxed afternoon tea served in our lounge from 3pm. We have arranged
for a local choirboy to sing your favourite Christmas carols from 6.00pm. Pre-dinner cocktail and canapés will be served from 6.30pm followed by dinner
at your leisure from 7pm-9.30pm.
Christmas Day...
Merry Christmas! If it’s an early start, the Leisure Club is open from 7am, followed by breakfast between 7.30am and
9.30am in the Brasserie. Traditional Christmas lunch is served from 12 noon onwards with a present from Father Christmas for all the children. After the
Queens speech, relax and unwind before a traditional hot and cold buffet supper is served between 7.30-9.30pm, followed by our quiz night.
Boxing Day... with the excitement of yesterday all gone why not take a leisurely breakfast from 8am-10.30am or perhaps the total
indulgence and relaxation of one of our many beauty treatments available in the Spa (bookings are essential). For those looking for a bargain
the sales start today. If sales are not for you then join us for a “Treasure Hunt” around the resort with a prize for the most treasure found. For a
less stressful afternoon enjoy a stroll around Rutland Water, a conservation area with an abundance of wildlife.
Boxing Day Dinner BBQ...
Yes Christmas with a twist! Join us for a Boxing Day Dinner with the sultry tones of our
Jazz Band to entertain you throughout your final evening with us and not forgetting a sizzling BBQ.

Places can be booked provisionally by telephone but must be confirmed by sending an official form within
14 days of making the reservation. All party nights and the New Year's Eve Ball is strictly 18 years or over.
Deposits & Pre-payments are non-refundable or transferable. Once a booking is made we request that all
communications are made through the Christmas Booking Office to avoid confusion. Cheques can be sent
by post, credit card payments can be made over the telephone or at reception. Cash payments can only be
received at the hotel reception desk, please wait for your receipt. FULL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY
1ST NOVEMBER 2015 FOR ALL EVENTS OTHERWISE BARNSDALE HALL HOTEL HAVE THE RIGHT
TO RE-SELL TICKET SPACE.
Special Diets – Group organisers are requested to ensure that all special dietary requirements are notified
in advance and confirmed in writing to the Christmas Co-ordinator. A special vegetarian selection is
incorporated in all menus.
Wine – A special festive wine list is available. Due to large numbers attending these events, we strongly
recommend that an initial amount of wine is ordered and paid for in advance. This will then be placed on
the tables on arrival to ensure speedy service although wine service is available at the tables; it is obviously
difficult to guarantee the quick execution of a large number of orders placed on the night.
Dress Code – The dress code for all events is smart casual (strictly no jeans or trainers). Management
reserve the right to refuse admission.
Accommodation – Upgrades are available to suites, executive and deluxe bedrooms subject to availability
and supplement charges apply. Rates quoted are based on our Standard Double, Single and Twin Bedrooms.
