Finite Planet, Infinite Money: Sustainability’s True Dilemma
Peter Berg was born during the first oil crisis. Equipped with a physics degree from Germany and
a PhD in mathematics from the UK, he moved to Canada to conduct research on fuel cells. After
stops in BC, Ontario and Norway, he is now chair of the Department of
Science at the Augustana campus and a professor of physics
and mathematics. With a passion for public speaking,
he likes to share his thoughts about our
finite planet and has written a
book on this topic.
