But as the design progressed, it was apparent the compact, highly maneuverable tractor could do other jobs with other attachments. Walker owners tell us the versatility of the Walker tractor is one of the features they like best. Walker owners also like to select options and accessories to make the Walker best fit their application. The full line of options shown in this catalog has been developed to help you do just that. One of our primary goals in developing attachments and options for the Walker is to avoid obsolescence of earlier units. A high percentage of the items shown in this catalog will fit earlier units. On a side note, many of the improvements on the newest Walkers may be upgraded on earlier units. Ask your Walker dealer about upgrade kits. Take a long, slow look through this catalog. There are many ways to make your Walker do more, work better on your job, and fit the individual owner. To find a Walker dealer near you, call 1-800-279-8537 or visit www.walkermowers.com. Sincerely, Bob Walker, President P.S. To see many of the items shown in this catalog in action, request the 13-minute Accessory Video (P/N 6895-15) Walker Manufacturing Company • 5925 E. The hitch assembly replaces the mower deck and installs on the tractor in less than a minute. Implements then slide onto the hitch and lock in place with the flip of a lever for true “quick change” capability. The hitch assembly also includes operator footrests and an electric power lift-just the touch of a switch raises and lowers implements. The lift control switch is quadrant mounted on the Forward Speed Control lever for convenient operation. Item IH6620 1 Page 5 Page 6 Page 6 Page 7 5 Page 8 2 3 1 Lift Control Switch 2 Operator Footrest 4 Implement Hitch 3 Hitch Locking Lever 5 Power Lift Actuator Application Notes 4 • Compatible with Rotary Broom (Page 5), Debris Blower (Page 6), Loader Bucket (Page 6), Dozer Blade (Page 7), and 42” Snow Blower (Page 8) • Tail weight counterbalance is required for lifting implements.
