Introducing the New R100 Series Heavy Duty Mover Kit, the Heavy Duty Self-Propelled
Mover kit featuring side mounted mover controls and four wheel steering.
Introducing the X100 series Auger. Available in 63', 73', and 83' lengths. The 10" auger
series includes all of the performance enhancements of the X130 and 160 series,
specializing in ease-of-use and serviceability.
The NEW Wheatheart Transfer Augers have a simple design, are balanced for easy
moving and have multiple capacities to match your needs. Wheatheart transfer augers
are available in 8" and 10" diameters with option of gas, electric or hydraulic drive.
These low profile transfers are just 10 3/4" high and are light and manoeuvrable. The
hopper fits nicely under hopper bottom bins and trailers for fast and easy unloading.
All R and GHR augers will be shipped complete with 15" tires. All orders will receive
these tires as standard equipment.
Introducing the GULP2, Gear Driven Ultra-Low Profile hopper! This drive over unit
hydraulically lowers and swings into position while the one-touch ramp deployment
provides easy setup in minutes. The ultra-low profile design allows for efficient and
quick unloading of all types of trucks and trailers, removing the need to re-attach or reposition multiple pieces of equipment. This makes the GULP2 Drive Over Hopper the
most efficient grain auger accessory for your farm.
The X160 16" swing auger moves over 23,000 bushels per hour of capacity and comes
in 85', 105' and 125' lengths. The auger comes standard with a low profile hopper, 12V
remote electric power swing, and 1000rpm reducer reverser. This auger also includes
many more standard components designed for commercial applications and large
farms. See page 12 for ordering details.
The no snag flex spout is designed to go further into the bin opening without catching
on the sides. Works great in all bin applications. See pages 10-12 for ordering details.

Introducing the latest edition to our popular X lineup, the X 100. The X100 series offers unmatched dependability and serviceability, and
is designed to include the following improvements:
• Improved low-profile hopper with easy to access drive
components and u-joints with external grease zerks for ease
of maintenance.
• Sealed spout and boot with improved access panels and
clean out.
• Increased capacity up to 6,600 BPH
• Square shaft flighting connections with a removable and
replaceable boot flight.
• Continuous 10ga steel ribbon welded to flighting edge where
most of the wear occurs. Standard on all Wheatheart augers
at critical grain transfer points, including Hopper, Boot and
Incline tube.
• Extendable Axle on the 83' length for increased stability.
Retraction offers reduced width for transportation.
Shipped complete with shielded CV-PTO driveline equipped with
overload shear bolt, hydraulic lift cylinder with hose and shut-off
valve, standard or low-profile feed hopper (as ordered) complete with
drive, hopper lift system with 5:1 winch, intake boot hopper with tow
bar and hitch jack, and tractor-end hydraulic couplers..

X100 / 130 POWERSWING REMOTE ELECTRIC SWING-HOPPER MOVER
This option is available for all X130 and X100 swing augers to Conveniently move the swing hopper
with a remote control and electric motor. The long range remote allows the hopper to be positioned
from the cab of a truck or tractor without touching the auger. The system includes a 12 volt wiring
harness, one remote, height adjustment jack. Secondary controls on valve are included.

RIGHT ANGLE DRIVE FOR X100 / X 130 AUGERS
With the RIGHT ANGLE DRIVE - the tractor connects at a right angle to the left or right side of the X
auger intake. This allows the swing-hopper to operate in line with the main auger, also in a full arc on the
opposite side of the tractor. Especially handy where room around bins is limited or where a drive-through
arrangement for grain trucks is desired.
The kit includes * 60" non-separable PTO driveline with overload shear bolt transport saddle for the PTO
driveline * right angle gearbox with a flex chain coupler * mounting brackets * intake support stand *
shields. Not for use with reverser kit or X130 Reducer/Reverser options.

The 13" Swing Away Auger features a hydraulic scissor lift system, constant velocity PTO drive shaft with overload shear bolt protection,
and a standard low profile swing hopper. It includes 1/4" flighting on the main and swing augers, heavier gearboxes, and a threaded
upper flight stub for easier set up.
Complete with lift cylinder and 1/2” ball valve, hydraulic hose, tow bar, 16" tires mounted on rims, and hitch jack, tractor end hydraulic

Wheatheart's largest capacity auger ever...the X 160 series! This is a commercial grade auger that has all the
quality and ease-of use features our customers have come to expect, but in a 16" diameter. This auger moves grain
up to 23,000 bushels per hour with a low profile hopper and sturdy "A" frame construction. Other features of the X
160-85/105/125 include:
- Low -profile hopper with easy to access drive components
for maintenance. All U-joints have external grease zerks.
- Sealed spout and boot with easy access panels and clean
out. Includes clear window on both side of boot.
- Square shaft flighting connections with removable and
replaceable boot flight.
- 85', 105', 125', sizes available to match bin size and tractor
horsepower.
-Steel trussing on the top of the auger for stability and
durability.
- All models have extendable axles for stability at the bin site
and narrower transport width.
Shipped complete with 1000rpm reducer reverser, shielded 20
spline CV-PTO driveline equipped with overload shear bolts, dual
hydraulic lift cylinders with shut-off valve, hydraulic hopper lift
system, remote electric power swing and 22.5" tires mounted on
rims are standard.

GHR 80 Grain Augers
The GHR grain augers feature 14 gauge hot dipped galvanized auger tube, wear edge, and replaceable intake flighting for high capacity. Long life is
assured with the totally sealed and lubed top chain case and oil impregnated wooden block driveline bearings. Tires, rims and hand winch included.
Available in either PTO or Electric Motor Drive (EMD).
The PTO drive connects directly to the gearbox eliminating the need for any drive belts. The compact Electric Motor Drive mounts to the top of the tube and
gearbox. 8" models feature a double belt drive while the 10" uses a triple belt drive. Electric motor pulley not included (recommended pulley size: 4.2").

Shipped complete with tube mounted electric motor mount, double belts and pulley on 31' to 51', triple belts and pulley on 56' to 71' standard outlet

are: 6.5" to 7" for 31' to 51' augers; 4.3" to 4.5" for 56' to 71' augers.

STORM Seed Treater

Designed for treating small grains with fungicide and/or insecticide seed treatments directly from the bin or truck. The applicator is computer
controlled and metered for precise application.
The STORM comes complete with a 10" 41' grain auger that mixes the grain with the treatment through a self contained belt feeding
applicator. The application process applies the precise amount of treatment automatically and without exposure to the operator. The unit
features a 2 ply rubber paddle belt with collapsible hopper and removable tow hitch. It includes a 34 HP gas engine, self propelled moving kit,
electric clutch, battery, reversing gear box and electric motors to run to applicator. Assembly, protective cover for applicator and tires are
included.
