comfortable. Your logo is printed on a flat or poly-domed
label on the adjustable round slider.
This lanyard style offers a dressy custom product
with a quick delivery time. Your logo appears in full color
on the round plastic slider.
Lanyard base price includes one standard attachment and one
flat four color label on one side. Poly-domed labels are available

Logos and Artwork File Formats
If you order custom products, we require logo and graphic files be transmitted in the file formats listed below.
Acceptable file types are listed below, in order of preference:
Adobe InDesign INDD (packaged with fonts and links)
Adobe Illustrator Ai (type converted to outlines or all fonts included)
Adobe PDF (type converted to outlines or all fonts included)
EPS (type converted to outlines or all fonts included)
In rare cases, raster files with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI are sometimes acceptable.
Web or screen-resolution JPG, PNG and GIF images are usually not acceptable for our printing process.
Artwork Bleed
We require that all artwork files have a 0.125” (1/8”) bleed on all sides. This allows your custom products to
look their best with full edge-to-edge printing. See an example in the drawing below.
Color Matching
Please include all PMS color codes with your artwork file when possible. Our standard printing process for all
non-screen-printed products is four-color-process. When it is possible, we can closely match a PMS color.
Metallic and neon PMS colors are not currently in our capabilities.
For screen-printed products, we can always closely match the inks to your specific PMS color.
Lanyard thread colors are woven for stock, and we will be glad to custom-weave a color for lanyard orders of
5,000 pieces or more.
ARTWORK & DATA
Artwork & Data Requirements
Variable Data Guidelines
When submitting individuals’ data for a large personalized order, we accept MicrosoftTM XLSX (or XLS) file
formats. Each field that is to be printed should be in a specific column and row. An example is shown below:
If individuals’ photos are to be included with your order, there must be a column in the data spreadsheet
naming each photo by number. A folder with all digital photos must be sent to us when you are ready to order.

PRODUCTION NOTES
Production and Delivery
Order Production Time
Production and delivery time for custom orders of 5,000 pieces or less is typically 14 calendar days after proof
approval. This applies to most of the items in this catalog. Faster production times are available for a small up
charge on some items (rush fees may apply.) Plain or Quick Ship items are typically available in less than 14
calendar days.
Proofing
For custom orders, up to two digital PDF proofs are included at no charge. Additional proofs (after 2) with
changes or additions may incur a small fee. We will always notify you first if a charge may occur.
Press-proofs or pre-production samples are available. A small fee may be incurred for time and shipping.
Returns, Replacements and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we will do our best to make it right. Please note our return
policies below:
All returns require prior authorization and an RMA number issued by our customer service team. For custom
printed orders, we can only accept returns for items that are determined to be of poor quality and the item is
reported to us within ten working days of delivery. Plain (non-customized) items that you wish to exchange will
incur a restocking fee equal to 15% of the item price. In order to qualify for exchange, an RMA number must
be issued to you and the product must be unopened and without damage.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship via UPS and FedEx for most orders and via commercial truck line for large shipments. We ship
globally and will be glad to use your freight forwarder. We are not responsible for transit-related delays that are
outside of our control, including weather, mechanical and customs issues. Damage resulting from mishandling
by the carrier must be photo-documented by the receiver and a claim must be filed with the carrier. We will be
happy to insure any size order. We typically insure packages worth $1000+ unless you decline the insurance.
Uninsured packages that are damaged in shipment may be eligible for compensation at the discretion of the
shipping carrier.
