General Directives
1. Crafters Arrival and Set-Up: 8:00 to 10:00 (see page 2 to show you where to park your vehicule)

Student volunteers will be available to help you unload your materials & displays
2. At 9:45, Volunteers will start going around to gather:

Your gift for the Raffle (20$ retail value or more)
3. Craft Fair opens to Shoppers at 10:00 until 16:00
4. Raffle starts at 16:00, you do not need to be present to win
5. Crafters Take-Down: 16:00 to 17:00 (exceptions may apply)

Student volunteers will be available to help you pack and reload your materials & displays
Please remember to bring your own extensions (for those who need access to electricity)
For those in the middle section, also bring resistant DUCT TAPE to secure the extensions.

Other important information:

As the quantity of crafters per type has been limited, we ask you to respect the type of products with which
you registered (see page 4 & 5). In that respect, we organized the gym to spread similar crafters as well as to
answer special needs & requirements. Thank you for your understanding!

Attached is the latest poster (separate file)—Please help promote this event in all the forums you participate

There will be snacks for sale on the premises (baked goods, water, coffee, chips).

During the whole day, student volunteers will be going around to see if you need help: taking your place
temporarily for a short break, getting you something to eat /drink, go around to shop, etc.

