5th Annual Craft Show







Saturday, October 25, 2014 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM Lower Level of Church 6401 Gages Lake Road, Gurnee, IL. (corner of Hunt Club & Gages Lake Rd) NO ELECTRIC BEING OFFERED in open area (available in rooms) Crafters and Retail Vendors are Welcome DEADLINE – If you don’t have your application in by OCTOBER 6th, your business name MAY NOT appear in customer shopping list, maps, or any handouts. Over 50 tables and several shared rooms (2‐3 tables per room) are available for both handcrafted/homemade and retail items. We offer NO GUARANTEES on room/table locations, but requests may be considered and we’ll do our best to place everyone to benefit all (crafters/vendors AND customers). We ask each crafter/vendor to DONATE 1 ITEM to be included in our raffle. Please list your raffle item on the application and drop it off at the raffle table before the event begins at 8:30 AM. GUIDELINES: * Set up: Friday night (7‐9PM) and/or Saturday morning (7:30‐8:30AM). We plan to have teen volunteers to assist with unloading again this year. Once a vehicle is unloaded, please park farther out in the lot. * You may use any entrance (East, West, or South): 

East & West entrances offer a “NO STAIRS” route if you are pulling carts or wagons (elevator near the EAST entrance) South entrance has a long sidewalk & about 5 steps (not as busy as the other two). * If you decide to set up Friday night, know the church will be locked at 10 PM, but you are leaving your items AT YOUR OWN RISK. St. Paul the Apostle Parish is not responsible for any loss or damage to crafter/vendor’s property or personal injury to persons attending the craft show. * Crafters/vendors must remain set up until the show ends at 2:00PM. Early pack/departure is not allowed, and may result in not being allowed to participate next year. * There are no refunds or cancellations. * $35 fee per table by check made out to St. Paul the Apostle Church.
