Phase 5’s finishing and de-burring process goes above and beyond the
industry standard. It achieves an accurate but snag-free edge finish that
prevents cuts and scratches on other equipment and soft gear. This new
finish process increases shooter comfort and allows for correct fitment of
lights and accessory mounts. QD mounts have also been machined into the
LPSN™ on both sides to add to its versatility and to reduce the need for addons that might add weight or protrude from the quad rail when not in use.
The slender design, longer nose, ease of installation and superior construction are some of the features that we designed into this system. Another
development feature is the finish quality. The LPSN™ undergoes a rigorous
extra de-burring process in order to ensure a smoother snag free finish. The

provides superior corrosion resistance and durability, while the manganese

button rifled barrel chambered for 5.56 NATO ammunition. This barrel is
combined with an M4 barrel extension with M4 feed ramps. It has been
heat treated and stress relieved for excellent durability. Made of a 41v50
chromoly alloy steel, this barrel has excellent wear resistance, which makes
it perfect for any build. Coating is a complete satin black manganese
phosphate finish.
