User Guide for Web
Market Information
Top 30
To display the Top 30 Counters for each Market, click on myStocks ->Top 30 tab. The default page will be the
SGX market. (Refer to Figure 1 below.)

Click on the icons located at the right corner in order to display their respective values, top volume, top
Gainer $, Top Gainer %, Top Loser $ or Top Loser %.

Counter Information
RHBInvest SG provides the following information about the counters.
1. Intraday Chart
2. Market Depth *Premium Service
3. Time & Sales
4. Trade Summary
5. Historical Charting
To access them, right click on the specific counter and choose the option from the dropdown menu.

Finding a Counter
a) Click on the Search icon
in the upper right hand corner, located beside the text field.
b) A popup will appear. Click on the Equity tab.
Market

c) You can choose these options for your search
1. Market – Which market to search in
2. Name – Search using the Name or Counter Code (Genting Sing vs G13)
3. Starts with – Starts with/Includes/Exact Match of the Search Value
4. Search Value – Blank Text Field. Input your search value here.
d) When you are satisfied with your search conditions, click
.

Watchlist
To display watchlist
To display the watchlist, click on myStocks ->Watchlist tab.

Add / Remove counter from watchlist:
There are 2 methods to add a counter to the watchlist.
The first method:
a) Click on the Edit Watchlist icon
beside the Watchlist number.

b) To add the counter to the watchlist, select the stocks from the left list and click ADD to move them
to the right list.
c) To remove the counter from the watchlist, select the stocks from the right list and click REMOVE to
move them to the left list.
d) Click SAVE to preserve the changes made.

The second method:
a) Right click on the counter in the Top 30 page. The below menu will appear.

b) Click on “Add to Watchlist”. The below pop-up will appear.

c) Choose which watchlist to add to via the dropdown list –Watchlist- . “Click Save”.

ORDER MANAGEMENT
Place Order
There are two methods to place an Order.
The first method:
a) Click on myStocks -> Place Order tab the screen will appear like below:

b) Search for the Stock to order.
c) Fill in the below information
i. Action – Buy/Sell/Short Sell *Short Sell only applicable for SGX
ii. Payment Mode – Cash/CPF/SRS *Cash and SRS only applicable for SGX
iii. Number of Share – Absolute Value NOT number of lots
iv. Settlement – Currency used to pay
v. Password – Account Password
vi. Price
d) Click “Submit”. A pop up like the one below will come up.
e) Confirm that the order contents is correct and click on the OK button to send the order.
f) If the order was submitted successfully, the following message will appear. “Your order is accepted
successfully by the system and will be submitted to the exchange.”

g) Click OK or Cancel to Return to the Original Screen.

The second method:
a) Right click on the counter in the Top 30 page. The below menu will appear.
b) The following pop-up will appear.
c) Enter the text fields.
d) Click “Submit”. A pop up like the one below will come up.

e) Confirm that the order contents is correct and click on the OK button to send the order.
f) If the order was submitted successfully, the following message will appear. “Your order is accepted
successfully by the system and will be submitted to the exchange.”
g) Click OK or Cancel to Return to the Original Screen.

Amend or Withdraw Order

a) To amend an order, click on myOrders ->Order Book tab
b) Right click on the Order and from the Quick Menu, select Amend.
c) Enter the new quantity and your password then click OK.
d) Click OK to confirm the order amendment on the Confirmation Screen.
e) The Order Result Screen will be displayed if the amendment is successful.

a) To withdraw an order, click on myOrders ->Order Book tab
b) Right click on Stockname and on the Quick Menu, select Withdraw.
c) Enter your password then click OK.
d) Click OK to confirm the order amendment on the Confirmation Screen.
e) The Order Result Screen will be displayed if amendment is successful.

PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
Unrealized Profit and Loss
Select from myPortfolio, Unrealized P & L from the tap bar. A list of unrealized profits and losses would be
presented.

Realized Profit and Loss
Select from myPortfolio, Realized P & L from the tap bar. A list of realized profits and losses would be
presented.

Add to Portfolio
To add to portfolio:
a) Select from the myPortfolio, Add Contracts from the tab bar.

b) Select the account from the Account drop down list.
c) Select the exchange.
d) Enter the counter code. Alternatively, you can click on the Search icon to search for counter codes
e) Select the settlement currency.
f) Select the order date.
g) Choose the transaction type.
h) Select the payment mode.
i)
Enter the quantity bought/sold in the text field.
j)
Enter the price done in the text field.
k) Enter the total amount in the text field.
l)
Type in remarks if there’s any.
m) Click Add.

Delete from Portfolio
To delete from portfolio:
a) Select from the myPortfolio, Portfolio Mgmt from the tab bar.
b) Select the delete box of all contracts of the counter/ counters you needed to delete.
c) Click on Delete below.

STOCK ALERTS
Set Stock Alert Criteria
a) Click on Stock Alert -> View Alert List.
b) Enter the stock name in the textbox and click Add.

c) Select stock alert criteria from the Alert Type drop down list by clicking on the arrows and fill in
the alert value.

d) Click on Save to save the alert settings.

Set Stock Alert Channel
a) Click on Stock Alert -> Configure Alert.
b) Click on the checkbox under the Active column to activate the alert channel.
c) Key in the contact details.

d) Click on Save button to set the alert channel.
