INTRO
THE LINE OF SUCCESS: FISCHER RACE CODE
The material revolution has been with us now for some
seasons. We have also driven forward our developments
in accordance with these requirements. The race plate
plays a key role in turns: it makes sure that the skier’s
power is directed to where it should go – the centre of
the ski. And this will be Fischer’s approach in the upcoming season, with RACE BOOSTER revolutionising power
transfer.
The idea for this plate came from trying to ski the long
radiuses specified by the FIS faster and more manoeuvrable again without impairing the radius of the ski in the
process.
As a result of the stronger ski flex through RACE BOOSTER, faster and shorter turn
radiuses will be possible in GS despite the FIS ruling and long ski radiuses.
Besides our innovations in the ski sector, we mustn’t forget our VACUUM models. These
are now being used in the fifth World Cup season – with resounding success.

Fischer’s magic formula: faster turns and stronger flex! This is achieved through the
completely new design of race plate. Instead of a rigid construction the flexible, threepart design enables maximum ski flex at the centre of the ski resulting in a previously
