With the aim of delivering an exclusive experience for their discerning guests, the Mont Cervin Palace refurbished all guest rooms and replaced the guest TV entertainment system. reflect the hotel’s brand. Quadriga’s solution: Quadriga designed a unique, fully customised version of its guest portal solution, Sensiq, to meet the specific business and brand objectives of the Mont Cervin Palace. This was installed in all 150 guest rooms throughout the various hotel buildings across a single network, building on existing Coax and Cat5/6 cabling, featuring the widest range of information and entertainment content. Quadriga also installed a DTV solution, enabling the hotel to offer international guests access to more than 130 HD TV channels. Hotel and guest benefits: Quadriga’s solution enables the hotel to now offer a truly home-from-home guest experience, with a choice of entertainment content which includes the latest preDVD blockbuster movies, kids movies and Bollywood greats. With such a wide range of TV channels, available in several languages, guests can enjoy watching their preferred TV channels, made simple with an IPG (Interactive Programming Guide) to select by language or genre. The ability to customise the UI and incorporate hotel-specific content enables the Mont Cervin Palace to communicate its brand directly to guests in the comfort of their rooms, as well promote its hotel services, including numerous restaurants and bars and luxury spa.
