affiliated to PBSI and foreign country.

Entries fees are free.
Entries close on 12 April 2016
Entries must be submitted with valid proof of age (i.e. birth
certificate). If the player has transferred between clubs, a
copy of their transfer document is also required.

Participants need to attach a copy of either one of valid proof of
age at the entry time. When participant’s age is in doubt, the
Tournament Committee reserves the right to request further proof
of the player’s age.

COMPETITION
Each event will be run with a minimum of 8 players, who are
from at least 3 different clubs and from at least two different
regions.

RULES, LAWS AND REGULATIONS
The Championships will be carried out in accordance with the
current rules, laws and regulations of the Badminton World
Federations (BWF) and any amendment (s) thereof. In case of
any dispute on the interpretation of the rules, laws and
regulations, the decision shall rest in all matters with the Referee.

All events will follow the ‘Elimination’ format of competition.

The draw will be conducted on 26 April 2016 in the office of
the Board of Management PBSI Surabaya.



TECHNICAL MEETING
The technical meeting will be held on 8 May 2016 at 2.00 pm
at the Sahid Gunawangsa Hotel Meeting Room.

SHUTTLECOCKS
The shuttlecocks will be provided by the Tournament Committee.

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE
The Tournament Schedule will be arranged and finalised by the
Tournament Committee.

PROTESTS/APPEALS
1.
Technical
a. Protests/ Appeals of a technical nature will be decided
upon by a committee consisting of : Referee.
b. The Referee’s decision is final.
2.
Non-Technical
Protests/ Appeals that are non technical will be decided upon
by a committee consisting of: Referee and Organizing
Committee
3.
Protests / Appeals must be put forward no later than 5
minutes after the incident in question.
4.
Protests / Appeals must be made in writing to the Referee,
accompanied with an administration fee of IDR 250.000
