12. The decisions of the Tournament Referee or his/her deputy in all matters relating to the tournament will be final. 13. Schedule of times of play will be available on Saturday 19th June at 6.00 pm. Times will not be re-scheduled. 14. Open tournaments will be run on the condition that there is a minimum of 12 entries. 15. Entrants under the age of 18 are eligible to play in Class A events only, subject to them being of advanced standard. 16. Players who team up with a lower class player for the doubles will not be eligible to enter a lower class event, e.g. a Class B player teaming up with a Class C player cannot play in Class C doubles and must play in Class B. 17. Finals will be played on Saturday the 25th of June. Prizes will be presented at 9.00 pm. Competitors must report to the Tournament Referee on arrival for each day’s play. 3. Competitors must be available to play each day at 6.00 pm and all day Saturday 25th June. Proper tennis attire must be worn on court at all times. 5. Entries which must be accompanied by full entrance fee will close at 6.00 pm on Thursday 16th June 2011 after which an open draw will take place. All entrants may witness this draw. The committee reserves the right to refuse any entry without stating their reasons. Entries will be refused if not accompanied by full entrance fee. 6. The winners of the perpetual challenge cups will be entitled to hold same until the 1st June 2012 on or before which date they must be returned to the Honorary Secretary of Hillbrook, L.T.C. in good condition and at the holder’s expense. No cup shall be taken out of Ireland.
