a. Bowler must use current average if rt is l0 or more pins higher than requested average.
b. Submitted averages lower than requested average will be adjusted upwiud to avoid
disqualification.
c. Submitted averagcs higher than requested average will be accepted as submitted.
Handicap:
Singles handicap is based on l00o/o of thc diffcrence between a bowler's avcrage and 230. Doubles
Handicap is based on 100% ofthe diffcrence bctween lhe sum oflhe partners' averages and 460. Borvler
will receire a negalive handicap if his average is above base 230.
Divisions:
Singles. Doubles" and optional All Events rvill have trvo divisions. 1o be detennined after all entries have
been received. Divisions rvill be based on averages, u'ith the rnedian average being in the higher average
group. There will be one optional scratch division each for Singles and All Events.
Multiple
May bowl only once in Singles event. May borvl (and cash) trvice in Doubles event (with different
partner) by paying two Doubles entry fees. Only one Doubles may be used for A11 Events. The Dotrbles
to be used for All Evcnts must be clearly rnarked on the entry form.
Participation:

Non-Responsibility
disputes and problems not covered by the Tournament and USBC rules will be rcsolved by tlte
Tournament Manager.
