risual academy, a brand new venture to provide individuals with
fantastic apprenticeships and great opportunities.

risual limited have a genuine passion and commitment to
provide interesting, challenging and rewarding apprenticeships.
It seeks applications from individuals who are keen to work
hard, develop and succeed to exploit the opportunities available
during the apprenticeship including a training programme
in addition to NVQ Level 3, support to achieve specific
professional and/or technical qualifications in a real life
working environment.

applicants can expect to receive a higher than average wage

Apprenticeship whilst working in a fast paced,

Daniel Davies, Support Team Lead
Hi, I’m Daniel Davies, risual was my first experience of working in IT, I started working here
when I was seventeen, as a Junior Support Engineer. It has been great to grow as risual has.
My current role as Support Team lead at risual involves managing the Support queue,
make sure all cases are up to date and customers have been updated, manage the internal
infastructure and be an escaltation point for the support team.
Due to my career at risual I have been able to buy my first home at the age of twenty two,
I’m grateful for the opportunity the risual Apprenticeship scheme has given me and I’m
looking forward to progressing my career here.

Apprenticeship programme
An Apprenticeship is an exciting and highly
respected route into a skilled and rewarding
career with risual limited.
As an Apprentice of risual academy, you’ll
work towards NVQ Level 3 while becoming an
employee of a company who want to invest
time, effort and money into developing your
talent. Achievement of specialist technical
qualifications will be part of your role such
as Microsoft Certified Subject Expert (MCSE)
along with business and personal skills.
The majority of your time will be spent on live
projects at risual head office but you will also
attend lessons at Stafford College to enhance
your theoretical knowledge of your job and
your English and Maths.
