Implement, monitor, and modify (as needed) the activities in your action plan. Establish a team of diverse members of the school community committed to making your school a healthy school. Identify the priority health topic that your school team will be addressing for the school year. Locate and/or collect key information relating to your school needs, assets, and opportunities in order to make informed decisions throughout the rest of the Healthy Schools process. Develop an action plan demonstrating how your school will address your priority health topic in a comprehensive way across the five areas of the Foundations for a Healthy School resource. Celebrate your school team’s successes and reflect on the healthy schools activities implemented Page 10 throughout the school year. 6-Step Healthy Schools Process Page 11 September to October Page 12 Neil McNeil High School Page 13 Unionville Meadows Public School Page 14 October to November Page 15 T.A.
