Online Preferred Seat Donation Payment Instructions Step 1 Please go to our online PSD payment website at www.mgoblue.com/PSD. Step 2 Please enter your E-Mail or Customer # and your Password. Then click “Sign-In.” Step 3 Please verify your preferred seat donation amount and sport. If the information is correct, please click “Add to Cart” to select a single PSD or “Pay All Pledges” to select all PSDs. If you believe that any of this information is incorrect, please call 734.764.0247 or send an email to [email protected] Step 4 If you are the season ticket holder* and you are making the PSD payment, click “Close Window” on the pop-up window. *If you are making a PSD contribution but are not the season ticket holder, further direction is available in the Additional Instructions section. Online Preferred Seat Donation Payment Instructions Step 5 Once you have added each of your PSDs to your shopping cart, please consider making an additional donation to the Athletic Scholarship Fund. Your investment will impact 931 studentathletes across 31 Teams and earn additional priority points. If you made an additional donation last year, your amount and areas of designation will be populated. If you did not make an additional donation last year, please consider giving and select “Yes, I would I like to make a gift to the Scholarship Fund” otherwise, select “No, thank you,” and proceed. Online Preferred Seat Donation Payment Instructions Step 6 Please verify the cart contents and “Total Cost.” If these are correct, click “CHECKOUT.” Step 7 Please verify that your account information and charges are correct. Then, enter your payment information and click “Submit Payment” to submit your payment. Please only click this once to prevent any accidental transactions. To make changes to your account information, please see the Additional Instructions section. Online Preferred Seat Donation Payment Instructions Order Confirmation Once the payment has been successfully made, you will receive an order confirmation. Please feel free to print your order confirmation for your records. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed on your account. Thank you for your support of Michigan Athletics! Additional Instructions Non-Season Ticket Holder PSD Payments If you are not the season ticket holder and are making the PSD contribution on behalf of the season ticket holder, please click “click here” to be redirected to a new screen to complete your Payer Information. Online Preferred Seat Donation Payment Instructions New User Instructions Following Step Seven, new users will be directed to a window that will prompt you to update your contact information. When this occurs, please update your phone number, email address, billing address and password. Required information is marked with an asterisk (*). You may also store credit card information and select your email preferences, but this is not required. To submit your information, click “Update My Account.” Finally, review your information for accuracy and click “Yes” to move on to Step Seven. If you still wish to make changes, click “No” and you will be redirected to update your information again. Incorrect Account Information Instructions If your account information is incorrect, please click the “MY ACCOUNT” tab and then click “Edit” to make any changes or updates to your account.
