RevTech® Adjustable Breather Valves
Permit the engine builder to alter breather timing to match the displacement of the
motor. Increasing the stroke or cylinder bore changes the total volume of the crankcase.
If the breather is not modified, the cylinders fight the pressure build-up in the lower
end that a stock breather cannot relieve. RevTech® offers an all-steel breather valve for
Big Twins from late 1977 thru 1999. It’s designed to replace the stock steel or plastic
breather valve and with its removable gear, permits you to dial in the exact timing
needed to ensure proper scavenging. Includes a selection of four different-sized thrust
washers. Fit engines from late 1977 thru 1999 (except Twin Cam 88® models).

RevTech® 6-Speed Overdrive Gear Sets with
Trapdoor and Bearings
These complete gear sets have close-ratio 2.94:1 first gears and
.893:1 overdrive sixth gears, and come pre-assembled and ready
to bolt into the Original Equipment transmission cases on most
Big Twin models from 1990 to present with absolutely no modifications required. These kits benefit from all of the advantages
found in the complete RevTech® 6-speed transmission assemblies
but without the higher cost. They include all of the parts found
in the 6-speed gear sets as well as our RevTech® forged aluminum
trap door for strength and durability. Having the gear set pre-assembled to the trap door simplifies and speeds up the installation.
Each kit also includes a chrome end cover that features the distinctive RevTech® 6-speed logo laser-etched into its surface.

RevTech® Alternate First and Sixth Gears
Customize gear ratios in RevTech® 6-speed transmissions and
gear sets by selecting alternate first and sixth gears. The 3.21
ratio first gear is the same ratio as the OEM first gear used since
1996 (and comparable to the 3.24 ratio used from 1980 to 1995
on domestic models), while the .860 ratio sixth gear provides
even lower engine RPM at freeway speed.
