A Letter from
The Head of School
JLhe 2004-05 school-
year was a great one. It was a year of
excitement and growth, at the school, as the
new facilities were not new anymore and the
city
has
hegun
to
recognize
their
magnificence.
This year, or rather this
graduating class, brings to close an era at St.
Francis, because this class is the last class
that ever went to school in the "old" facilities.
However, this is not a sad occasion because,
while those of us who went to school in the
old facilities w ill always be nostalgic for
them, the new facilities have not changed the
essence of the school. That is because St.
Francis has never been about the walls and
halls and classrooms. It is about the passion
of the teachers, the relationship between the
teachers and students, and the energy,
eccentricity, and individuality
of the
students. These things w ill live on and grow
with us for many years to come.

We remember the day you came into this world, and knew
things would never be the same. Your first step, your first
words, your pure heart and loving way, and yes your goofy
sense of humor. You have been a tremendous blessing to
us and your brother and sisters! You have inspired us and
continue to teach us how to reach your goals no matter
how lofty or difficult. We are so proud of who you are and
who you have become and we love you more than you
could ever know. May God bless you on you next phase of
this amazing life and journey. Mom and Dad

The day I found out that I was having a baby girt was truly one of the most joyful days of my life, I knew that I would
name you Amy, as I had named every doll I ever owned “Amy". You were a happy baby who was always content just to
be with Mommy. Your tiny, bouncy curls, your adorable smile, and your precious giggle touched lives everywhere that
you would go. Your sweet personality and your honest nature have always been your biggest assets. I’ve seen you
change lives
As a freshman you were shy. somewhat quiet still seeking direction. As a sophomore you
began to grow in many positive directions and your self esteem was enhanced by your own
greatness. You were a leader...you just didn’t know it yet! As a junior you beamed with
such confidence that I was in awe of the wonderful daughter that I had brought into this
world. You began to take control of your own life and I took one step back and allowed you
this freedom because you earned it. As a senior you became a leader...a very confident
leader. You were the most valuable Basketball Captain that SFHS has ever had. You can
carry in your heart forever that you were admired by your teammates and co-captains. Amy,
SFHS has been a great experience for you., .you met every challenge head on.
Amy, you make me smite, you make me laugh, but most of all you make me proud. You
work so hard at everything that you do. You help me so much in my own life that you will
surely reap a crown in heaven for loving your mama in such a special way. Sweetheart,
you leave your own unique imprint on each heart and life that you touch. You are beautiful
both inside and out. Protect and cherish that which is gentle in yourself. You're in my heart

Much Ado About N othing II.i. 140
The man who hath no music in himself,
Nor is not moved w ith concord of sweet sounds,
Is fit for treasons, strategems and spoils.
The motions of his spirit are dull as night,
And his affections dark as Erebus:
Let no such man be trusted.
Mark the music.
