service crossovers. Currently, Centrex Rehab employs 200 therapists (300 expected by 2013) and can
provide a wide range of therapy services to diverse clientele in many distinct settings—from senior living
communities and small hospitals, to schools and clinics.

ACCESS SOLUTIONS
LYMPHEDEMA SOLUTIONS
Access Solutions provides universal and accessible
design consulting services to promote active, safe
and independent living for people of all ages and
abilities.
Lymphedema Solutions provides a comprehensive
approach to lymphedema treatment, including:
compression bandaging and compression garments,
massage, exercise and self-management education
in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Access Solutions combines a dynamic knowledge
of interior design and physical and occupational
therapy to create solutions to meet the unique
needs of each individual client.
Early intervention typically results in improved
lymphedema management.
AQUATIC SOLUTIONS
MASSAGE SOLUTIONS
Aquatic Solutions provides aquatic therapy that is
proven to be beneficial in treating musculoskeletal
conditions, arthritis and fibromyalgia, orthopaedic
conditions, neurological conditions, sports injuries
and chronic pain.
Massage Solutions specializes in a therapeutic
approach to massage and wellness through the use
of specific modalities.
Massage Therapists create tailored programs in a
variety of settings to bring the benefits of massage
to clients of all ages and abilities.
CLINICAL SOLUTIONS
STAFFING SOLUTIONS
Clinical Solutions is the clinical center of Centrex
Rehab. Comprised of highly experienced
Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists and
Speech-Language Pathologists, these specialists
are involved in regulatory practices and decisionmaking for Centrex.
Staffing Solutions is the provider of choice for
organizations that need assistance with staffing
therapists. Centrex Rehab provides staffing in a
responsive, organized and prompt manner.
The Clinical Solutions team also provides support
to all therapists through mentorship, supervision,
consultation, documentation review and
compliance audits.
Options include: Per Diem, Weekend Assignments,
Short-term Assignments, Long-term Assignments or
Permanent Placement.
COGNITIVE SOLUTIONS
WHEELCHAIR SOLUTIONS
Cognitive Solutions includes a team of Occupational
Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists who
have specialized training in cognition and dementia.
They work together to assess each aspect of cognition.
Wheelchair Solutions is led by Occupational Therapists
who provide expert assessment and intervention for
clients needing wheelchairs, positioning devices and
specialized equipment.
Following their assessment, they collaborate with the
client, family and interdisciplinary team to provide an
individualized care plan.
Therapists work closely with clients, the
interdisciplinary team, family members and vendors to
meet the client’s optimal functional abilities. Payment
eligibility and options are also assessed.
