Facade – The facade is made of aluminium and glass. The building has 3 basement parking
levels and 7 structured parking levels which makes up the podium portion of the building. The
bottom half of the tower office space [Levels 13 – 22] will be managed by Old Mutual and let to
various tenants. The top half of the tower office [Levels 23 – 31 and Level 12 Sky Plaza] is to
be occupied by First Rand for their new offices in Cape Town.
