RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A BID A WARD AND
CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT
FOR THE VILLAGE OF HUNTLEY

Plote Construction. Inc.
2015 Street Improvement Program
WHEREAS, the Village of Huntley has considered the bid provided and Construction
Contract with Plote Construction, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the Village of Huntley has determined that it is in the best interest to enter
into a contract with Plote Construction, Inc. for the 2015 Street Improvement Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF HUNTLEY as follows:
SECTION I: The Village of Huntley approves the bid award and execution of the
Construction Contract in the form attached hereto and a copy of which is incorporated herein.
SECTION II: The Village President and Village Clerk are authorized to execute the
contract with Plote Construction, Inc. in the amount of$816,350.81.
SECTION III: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval as provided by law.
SECTION IV: All Resolutions and parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
