„An abstract thus stereotypical house
with gabled roof was sunk halfway into
its historical wrapping. This created
add-on generates extra domestic space
containing two minimal sleeping units
and a bathroom while arranging the living
area underneath.“

„Like a fleet of newly built ships the
modular structure interlocks with
Arsenale‘s main basin creating an
impression of process rather than
conservation. Private and semi public
spaces form a versatile network by
offering meeting places, supporting the
community and encouraging communication. A spacial layout interpreting
Venice‘s typical sequences of alleys,
places and courtyards is generated.“

St. Petersburg‘s soviet urban landscape
and a built structure. The new urban
concept generates an expressive
structure representing „the Forum“ which
acts as an iconic building to its
inhabitants and the neighbourhood.“
