Contractor Notes*
1. Remove and dispose of exsiting asphalt walkway to front door
2. In new perennial bed areas, kill and remove exsiting turf (approx 1,100 sq. ft.)
3. Ammend soil in new perennial bed areas with 4 inches of compost
4. Build new walkway (with pavers already on site) as shown on plan (approx. 250 sq. ft.)
5. Define gravel seating area with paver edge from pavers on site (approx. 40 linear ft.)
6. Gravel to be spread 3" deep in seating area
7. Dish water feature to be provided by others
