The AquaCycle A200 thickener offers efficient primary stage water
treatment specifically for sand, quarry and recycling processes. The
introduction of this system brings significant cost savings as it reduces
the area previously required to accommodate ponds or lagoons and
also reduces the volume of fresh water required to feed your washing
plant by up to 90%.

The Floc Station will work in conjunction with the AquaCycle A200
Thickener, preparing the Polyelectrolyte to the required optimum
concentration before pumping to the AquaCycle.
The Poly dosing system is widely used throughout the quarrying
industry for waste-water control. The basic operation of the Floc Station
is to mix powdered polyelectrolyte with clean potable water for use in
the sludge thickening process. The operation sequence of the Floc
Station is fully automatic and is controlled by level probes, located inside
each tank.

screw-feeder
• Powder educter system with cone to transfer powder to make-up tank
• Mixing tank with lid incorporating:
