PHILADELPHIA - 54th General Council of the REC
We all arrived
safe and sound
on American
soil last Monday. The flight
was a little
bumpy and
since our arrival
it has never
stopped raining!
The large hotel
complex called
the Normandy
Farm Hotel has
several outside
Chalets of which
I was in one; a
large double
bedded room.
On Tuesday
we met at the
REC’s seminary for talks
with the PNCC
and the REC
about the
future path
that they and
the FCE may
wish to travel.
ST ANDREW’S CHURCH
The Seminary is
for residential and
distance learning
students. Here is
their small but
very nice Chapel.
Bishop Paul has
loved seeing so
many old friends
he’d met three
years ago in Texas
and was amazed

forward to moving to Scranton for a
look at the PNCC churches and especially their cathedral. Bishop Paul
will be back (DV) on Monday. He’ll
tell you all about it then. Meanwhile
he prays you have all been good.

NEWS & PRAYER SHEET
the retiring Presiding

Last Sunday Daniel took the
service at St Jude’s Church in
Walsall. Daniel also led the
‘Our Family’ service. What
confidence he found and how
wonderful Daniel found the
strength from the Lord to do
this. They all loved him and
want him to speak to them
again. No, he didn’t wear
robes. The photo on the right
was taken months ago. Perhaps it was very prophetic?
