This person will be the best Technically trained in the
solution.
He will be required to pass the Official technical
certification.
The rest will also be trained and pass the certification
requirements
We will assign an exclusive email for presales with a
response time under 24 hours
We will use a ticketing system in order to keep track of
all the issues.

Every attendee will be assigned to the Target
Customers list of an specific Sales Rep and included in
the follow up meetings.
