2011 El Llano Napa Valley Red Wine 2011 Bouquet: Dark fruits, fine grain leather, graphite, cedar and black pepper, dark chocolate all with a garnish of cinnamon. Taste: Silky tannin and bright acidity in this wine, indicate great promise for long-term aging and versatility with many foods. Bold, rich, velvety, spicy and quite frankly beautiful. Vintage and Vineyards: A medly of vineyards from our estates in the Coombsville and Oak Knoll AVA make up this Cabernet Sauvignon based blend. Why the name El Llano? In commemoration of his humble beginings, Rolando wanted to pay respect to his place of birth and his roots; El Llano, Michoacan, Mexico.
