Sustain is a compact cupboard fit boiler and comes with a rear
flue option which offers a wider choice of install locations.
The boiler is small and light making installation easy and is
designed using standard DIN layout to make boiler swaps
quick, low cost and simple.
Maintenance costs will be kept low because Sustain is
accessible, easy to work on and only requires a water flush
which avoids the need for specialist cleaning tools and
chemicals. Should any fault appear, the familiar on board
diagnostics used on Glow-worm boilers for over 10 years will
make it simple for installers to check and resolve issues.
Maintenance is simple with Sustain. The boiler uses a
new high performance aluminium heat exchanger which is
proven and reliable based on over 1 million installations of
Flexicom. The automotive grade aluminium is a high quality
design with wide waterways making it perfect for retrofit
and replacement systems.

Installers can use the Plumbing Toolbox App to scan the Sustain barcode,
register the installation and complete Gas Safe and Benchmark with a few clicks.
All of this installation data is then held online in Club Energy Alliance and
allows the contractor HQ to electronically submit to Glow-worm in order to
process contract support payments and register product guarantees. The online
solution reduces paperwork, eliminates errors and speeds up the registration
and payment process.
Sustain has a wide range of outputs and covers Combi, System and Regular options along with a choice
of rear or top flues so you can install virtually anywhere including inside a kitchen cupboard. Sustain
will suit the heating demands of most house types and system requirements.
Great choice of easy to use heating controls for lower bills
A final benefit is that the contractor has an online record of every social housing
installation along with best practice documentation, such as Benchmark which
can be offered to the social housing landlord.
ErP Compliance - an online energy
labelling tool
The Sustain boiler range meets ErP legislation being an
‘A’ rated product and comes with the energy label in the box.
Where installation of a Sustain is combined with a control,
then installers will need to create a system energy label.
Glow-worm make this easy by offering an online energy
labelling tool where installers will be able to create a system
label quickly and then save the label as a template for future
use. The online labelling tool will be included within Club
Energy Alliance to ensure all information is held in one place
making life simple.
