Terms and Conditions
* KOSÉ reserves the right to substitute the products/services/vouchers with any of similar value without prior notice.
* Redemption must be made at the Registered Counter only.
* The programme, rewards, privileges and Terms and Conditions may be changed, withdrawn or terminated at any time without prior notice at the sole discretion of the company.
* Upon termination of the programme, product exhange/product refund and all points created will be forfeited.
* Membership points and privileges are non-transferable.
* Only purchases made at KOSÉ Departmental Store & Beauty Centre in Singapore are valid for point accumulation. Purchases made at John Little Marina Square
& John Little Tiong Bahru will not be entitled for point accumulation.
* Once a request for a reward has been submitted, the request may not be changed and points deducted will not be reversed.
* All KOSÉ membership expires on the anniversary date of the member’s registration. Membership points accumulated are valid for one year and expire annually on the anniversary date of
the registration.
* Upon membership expiration, all remaining rewards/points will be automatically forfeited.
* All Beauty Centre service vouchers are valid for 2 months upon redemption.

How to Qualify as a KOSÉ Member
Birthday Month Benefits
Simply purchase mimimum $150 worth of KOSÉ
products and/or services to qualify as a KOSÉ
Member!*
• Receive additional 50% bonus points* for any
purchase made during the Birthday Month!
* 3 Months’ Grace Period - All first-time KOSÉ users have a 3 months’
grace period to accumulate $150 worth of purchases to qualify
as a KOSÉ Member.
* $150 worth of purchases may only be made at the same KOSÉ
counter or KOSÉ Beauty Centre where the first purchase is made.
* $150 worth of purchases must be proven by purchase receipts.
How to Reinstate Your KOSÉ Membership
After membership has expired, simply reinstate your
KOSÉ Membership by purchasing 1 or more products
and/or services at your Registered Counter.*
* Limited to 1 time per customer only on their Birthday Month.
* Only applicable at the Registered Counter/Beauty Centre.
* 20% Registered Counter bonus points, adhoc promotions etc. are
not eligible to be used at the same time as 50% Birthday Month
bonus points.
* In the event of in-store promotions, members can enjoy both
Birthday Month bonus points and store promotions.
• Receive a free eye treatment* with any purchase of
Facial Services during the Birthday Month at the
KOSÉ Beauty Centre.
• Receive a free hair treatment* with any purchase of
regular Hair Services during the Birthday Month at
the KOSÉ Beauty Centre.
* 3 Months’ Grace Period - All previous KOSÉ members have
3 months’ grace period from the date of expiry to renew their
membership by making a renewal purchase.
* If this is not done, they will have to purchase $150 worth of goods/
services to qualify as a KOSÉ member again.
* Renewal products should not include sundries from KOSÉ Counters.
* Renewal services should exclude hair wash and blow at KOSÉ
Beauty Centre.
* Strictly by appointment only.
* With minimum expenditure of $70 nett and above on Facial Services
and Hair Services (exclude hair wash/blow).
* KOSÉ Membership number must be made known to KOSÉ Staff for
endorsement of the complimentary service(s).
