We’re now connected to...
The Great Neck Library is now a member of the LILINK Consortium,
which is composed of public libraries in Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
The purpose of LILINK is to facilitate resource sharing among 107 Long
Island public libraries. As a result, the amount of material available to Great
Neck patrons has dramatically increased. Your Library now has access to
the collections (including media) of all Nassau and Suffolk public libraries.
Great Neck Library patrons will now have many more materials accessible
to them than our Library can ever hope to offer, and often traditional interloan
can be a lengthy process. Requests made through LILINK are quick and
generated by you, the patron.
The Library welcomes questions on how to use the service of LILINK,
and is looking forward to helping our patrons understand the process.
Visit any of our branches, or call us at 516-466-8055.
