Greetings!
The Ugly Holiday Sweater contest for the Cooters Mingle last
week certainly didn't discourage people from coming. It was a
coot!! (no pun intended, lol). Everyone had a great time. Barry &
Carol provided us with a delicious appetizer buffet and the
setting was quite festive. Even all the staff was dressed for
the occasion. Mary Underwood from Budget Blinds won the
contest and received a gorgeous basket from Cooters for her
bravery and creativity.

I am in Vegas this week for the Allegiant Air Sales Mission
trip. Allegiant Air is one of our leaders in bringing visitors to
our beach. 24 cities from all over the U.S. fly into St. Pete
Clearwater Airport on Allegiant Air. There is a group of us
from Pinellas that are here to meet with all the Sales Agents
that book travel for Allegiant. I am here to promote
Clearwater Beach and beachchamber.com to all of them. It is
just one more way that your Chamber is working for you to
promote your business.
Please let this serve as a reminder to check your listings that
are on the Beach Chamber website. We are marketing the
website in everything we do. It is our call to action on the
billboards in Tampa and Orlando, the ads in Allegiant, facebook,
twitter, all of our events; the list goes on and on. But what is
important for you to know is that your Chamber is committed
to marketing the beach all over the world!

came out to help clean her house with her and her family.
