ROOM HIRE

£4,000 + VAT from 07.30 – 10.30
£10,000 + VAT from 18.30 – 23.00
Please note you can extend your booking past the listed evening timings.
This will be charged at an additional £1,000 + VAT per hour (until 03.00).
Any additional AV, entertainment or hire equipment requirements are charged
as extra and all additional arrangements such as flowers, AV, entertainment and
production must be supplied by the building’s approved suppliers.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
All prices quoted are excluding VAT, and beverages are
charged on consumption. Food and beverage is subject
to a discretionary 12.5% service charge.
A minimum food and beverage spend
of £1,000 + VAT will apply for breakfast events.
A minimum food and beverage spend
of £7,500 + VAT will apply for evening events.

an application form which can be accessed on the website
or by requesting this directly over the phone or by email.
30 St Mary Axe is a private office building and each event
enquiry is assessed on an individual basis by an events
committee which meets weekly. Permission may be
withheld for any reason.

Please note for Bank Holidays and key dates (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day,New
Year’s Eve, Halloween etc.) there will be a higher room hire and minimum catering
spend required. The maximum capacity for ceremonies is 140 (external furniture
required for numbers above 86). Please note if you decide to bring your own cake
for your event there will be a small fee per person for our team to prepare and serve
this to your guests.
