Mr. Hamad Hareb in 1993.

region’s leading independent restaurant chain. Serving
variety of food combined with traditional local food served
with highest quality standards is the backbone of this
flourishing group.
Taking such an active role in this burgeoning industry has
had its challenges, which we have tackled head-on. Our
customers are always our focus. This is why we decided
to operate our own in-house services, removing the need
for price increases that never sit well with valuable guests.

SHISHA SERVICES
S
hisha (also called the Nargile, Hookah or Hubbly Bubbly) is a single or
multi-stemmed (often glass-based instrument for smoking tobacco in
which the smoke is cooled and filtered by passing through water. Originally
from India, hookah has gained popularity, especially in the Middle East and has
gained fane in North America, Europe, Australia & Brazil.
Smoking the Shisha pipe is one of the most interesting past times of the Arab
world. Said to have originated in Turkey or India, Shisha is served at many
street cafes and parlors. Shisha (also known as mu’essel) is tobacco mixed
with molasses and fruit flavours mixed in a hookah. The most popular flavor is
apple. Other flavours include strawberry, pineapple, apricot, grape, rose and
minr.
